Well that makes me feel better. After reading your previous story, I was worried the portrait might have been started under the old director of liturgy, thus placing Benedict in more colorful and less traditional garments. I need to get a copy of that portrait to hang in my home.
The garments certainly are colorful, and the visage quite grim. No happiness there.
What a comment! Would you prefer a clown nose?
Holy Father looks like he's smoking a cigar. That picture needs a few touch-ups, I reckon.
