About Turin. The blood on the shroud is type AB-. This blood type is the universal recipient--all persons, no matter their blood type--can donate blood to persons with type AB-.
(O+, I think is the universal donor--can donate to all others).
So. If the Shroud of Turnin is the garment that was over Christ as he overcame death, it is significant that this garment is near the possible portal of Hell.
For what other earthy thing should stand guard?
But what about the blood type you ask.
Well, it is from the shroud that we can pinpoint a blood type. This is not disputed by anyone. As I said, AB-, the universal recipient.
Why is that significant? Shouldn't it be O+, the universal donor who could give all grace?
Blood signifies suffering, and if the blood that is one the shroud is the blood that was on the cross, then we know one thing . . .
What do we know?
We know that the blood of every human--no matter their blood type-- will not be rejected when joined to the blood type on the shroud.
So when you offer it up--offer it up with the Precious Blood that was on the Holy Cross and you will not be rejected.
