'Scuse me... what is a "veteo"?
It is an example of a typographical error. These "typos" sometimes occur when the publisher is in a hurry and has very little incentive to meticulously proofread every jot and tittle of the item published. Luckily for such publishers, the appreciation and understanding of their readers cover for these mistakes and make it all worthwhile.
