1. Abp. Burke is to be commended for his dedication to saving the lives of the unborn.

2. BUT, the putting up of memorial markers and so forth has been going on for 30 yeas, and it is not enough.

3. IT is time that we actually move the ball down the field to the goal line.

4. WE cannot just keep doing symbollic things and prayer alone and expect that God will judge us as having done enough.

5. HEAR THE WORD OF GOD SPOKEN TO US: James 2:16--"If one of you says to him, 'Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed,' but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it?"

6. So what can we do? Nothing violent. But that leaves a lot of options.

7. Some options:

--Organize an effective national boycott of any business that donates to Planned Parenthood, or does business with them. (This worked against Apartheid in South Africa)

--Organize the LARGEST rally ever held anywhere to protest abortion. The small number who go to Wash, D.C. on Jan. 22 every year is pitifully small (I went in 1996). It has little impact.

--Organize a new national pro-life political party.

--Other new tactics that the super smart readers of St. Louis Catholic blog will thing of

8. PEOPLE! We gotta get off our butts and do something about all this baby killing in our nation. Otherwise, WE are not innocent!

9. IF I am wrong about this, tell me how I'm wrong.

With thanks to Abp. Burke,
