Socialization is exactly why we're home schooling. It's funny when people ask about that, because it's pretty much the motivating factor. You have a great blog by the way! I read it pretty much every day.

Obviously the kids were preparing for a Presidential visit. Still ... the forced flattery here doesn't work. It would have been far better to have the kids simply sing and dance to a song they already know and love, which would be far more amusing to everyone than this bad production!

Dewey said the purpose of public schools is to indoctrinate children. This is another step down that slippery slope to mind control of our children.
