It is interesting how comedy predicts the future. Maybe I should watch more comedy.
From the article - "But many are hoping this law will help people to make a choice -- one way or the other." Seems like a quote Stalin would make. Really scary.
And, for those who opt out they just might face a massive bureaucracy that takes months to process the paperwork and charges large processing fees. So, while waiting to get off "the list" you might end up donating to someone on "the list".
A GOP legislator in IL is pursuing a similar "mandatory donation" law. One must opt out to save the integrity of one's body. I have a post "All your Organs are Belong to Us."
