Institute News

The U.S. website of the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest has three interesting news items:

First, there are some beautiful pictures of their pilgrimage to Ars, where Monsignor the Prior General celebrated Mass at the altar of St. Jean Vianney.

Second, there is information on the upcoming Institute pilgrimage to Holy Hill with Monsignor Wach on May 29.

Finally, there is a news item on the Youth Choir Camp this August. I have heard some rumblings, but haven't confirmed them, that some generous souls may be putting together some funds for financial assistance for those who might otherwise have difficulty coming up with the camp fees. I will follow up on this when I get more information.

Timman,

I noticed an error in your plug for the Institute. The pilgrimage to Holy Hill is on Saturday May 29th. That's the Saturday in the octave of Pentecost...

Thanks, Father, I will correct the post.

I have been to the National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians, Holy Hill, several times - it is beautiful, both the upper and lower churches. For anyone considering making this pilgrimage to Holy Hill, I would encourage you to do so - the fruits of such a spiritual journey would be very worth while.
