Msgr. Wojcicki to Dardenne Prarie; Bozek Still Sitting Pretty
As I hinted in a couple of pictorial posts (photos reposted above), the Archdiocese officially announced that Monsignor Ted Wojcicki, formerly Rector of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary, has been assigned as Pastor of Immaculate Conception Parish in Dardenne Prarie (St. Charles County).
There had been some speculation that Monsignor Wojcicki would be named as the new Pastor of a reintegrated St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish pursuant to a settlement of the ongoing lawsuit. In fact, this move was hinted by several of my sources with knowledge of this case. That is why when I learned of the Dardenne Prarie assignment, I couldn't help but tease it a little on the blog.
What--if anything-- does this assignment mean about the state of the St. Stan's lawsuit? When does Bozek's BMW lease expire? Will the heretics ever be booted out of a formerly great Catholic parish? Stay tuned for the answers to these and other questions.
