It gladdens my heart to know that Christ didn't feel the need to require a translator.

Of course, anon, unless you are an exceptionally erudite and well-educated individual beyond that normally found, you require many translators to read the Bible where you are privileged to read Christ's words.

Silly me, tinman. I assumed that both you and your learned readers were aware that there are multiple definitions of the verb 'translate,' and the noun 'translator.'

Thank you for the compliment!

Is the blogger Fr. Richard-->French pronunciation=Ree-shard? I believe I attended an EF he celebrated at the Log Church last Lent. He also led in Stations of the Cross afterward. I recall he preached with clarity as well. I am glad to see he has a blog. I will consult it often!
