Easy Thetimman, the meaning is crystal clear/not clear/maybe clear:
Cain supports/doesn't support/maybe supports a woman's right/no right/maybe right to choose/not choose/maybe choose to end/not end/ maybe end her baby's life that, without exception, started at conception.
One of many reasons why Cain is not really ready for prime time. He really needs to get into the nitty gritty of issues, from his 999 to foreign policy, to get it straight where he stands. His general ideas seem to be in the right place, but when pushed a little, he's quite a mess.
I thought that he closed pretty clearly, indicating that he was opposed to the legality of aborting even in cases of rape or incest. Now, whether he got there in a conusing matter is another question.
Remember, this is a guy who has never been comfortable with the press and is prone to getting turned around.
Doesn't mean I'll vote for him (or that I will not vote for him), but based solely on that interview, I would place money on him being solidly pro-life.

I don't want to be a cynic, but Herman's beginning to go all "politician"--in the worst possible sense....
It means he is the former chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. That's all ye need know.
Cain or Cain't ...

Meh.

Anonymouse
it's pretty clear. Cain is pro-life, yet he doesn't want government involvement in all of this. he wants it to be a state issue.
Personally I'm pro-life however I won't support Cain cuz he's just plain stupid.
