Is the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe celebrated in the Tridentine Calendar? Are there propers for her feast in the Extraordinary Form?

Dear JRV, yes, it is a feast celebrated in the United States (and Canada, I think) in the English speaking world, and I am sure it is a celebrated feast in Mexico and other New World countries.

There is a proper Mass for the day-- in the Angelus Press Missal, for example, it is near the very back under feasts proper to the U.S.

i noticed that it wasn't celebrated at the Oratory today. Instead there was a Mass for the 3rd Sunday of Advent. It is on the Institute calendar. Any reason for this? No love for Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe at the Oratory?

Not sure which Oratory you attend, Martinez, but at the 8am daily Mass at St. Francis de Sales Oratory the Mass was indeed the one for the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, with a commemoration of the Third Sunday of Advent. If you were there you may have noticed the white vestments as well.
