If This Weren't Real

You'd have to make it up.

The Holy Father never disappoints.

I just want him to go away. Awful, just awful. He talks exactly like a communist party boss. He acts like one too.
Sursum corda

I think this is a classic case of what psychologists call "projection".

Projection juuust might explain why leftists are so fond of accusing others of fascism and racism.

1) Liberals like the Pope talk about Hitler so much that you'd think they were his press agents. Did they ever stop to think that you're pointing an arrow to young edgy millennials to sort of "check him out"?

2) With no "fa" the anti-fa goes away, so there's a symbiotic relationship.

3) There is a saying gaining currency, "If you think you hate the Chrisitian Right, just wait 'til you meet the non-Christian Right". The Pope has abolished the Christian Right, saying that it's incompatible with Catholic practice and theology. Therefore, all that's left for people who feel disaffected (i.e. Brexit voters, Trump voters, etc) is the *Non*-Christian Right. No good!

"Hitler did not steal power," the pope said. "He was elected by his people and then he destroyed his people."

That pretty much sums up this pontificate.

Hitler did in fact seize power. His minority Nazi party never won more than 37% of the vote in a fair election before his Brown Shirts (of whom William Shirer said "Not one in ten was sexually normal") killed all their opponents the night Hindenburg died.

Papa Peron has got to get over himself.

The Holy Father hit the nail on the head-- as he almost always does. Too bad the majority of the readers here have let their politics dictate their faith.

I wish that he had more in common with The Madonna than madonna.

We are saddled with a BAD POPE.......A VERY BAD POPE. I read a great line put out by Gloria TV the other day: "We used to pray for the conversion of Russia and for the intentions of the Pope; Now we are praying for the intentions of Russia and the conversion of the Pope."

Sam, your problem is you think the Pope = Faith, and that his dictums somehow rank as 1st class political philosophy.

Wrong on both counts.
