Can Anyone Give Her John Burroughs' Phone Number?

I am sure they will be happy to accomodate this deluded young lady:

Lesbian teen sues to force school to hold prom

JACKSON, Miss. – A lesbian student who wanted to take her girlfriend to her senior prom is asking a federal judge to force her Mississippi school district to reinstate the dance it canceled.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Mississippi on Thursday filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Oxford on behalf of 18-year-old Constance McMillen, who said she faced some unhappy classmates after the Itawamba County School District said it wouldn't host the April 2 prom.

It was only a matter of time before this happened. I give credit to the school district for refusing to "cave". Everyone will be better off for it. If this student is concerned that others will will be angry that her gambit cost them the prom -- well, it will only make her Martyr du Jour with the people whose opinion she apparently cares most about.

I wonder if there's a prayer that the court system will stand with the school district on this, or if it will be yet another successfully-waged GLBT assault on the public schools.

Yet, one more reason among a bazillion to homeschool. Yea, that's right.

My heart truly goes out to that confused girl. How unconscionable that her parents actually encouraged her to be outwardly gay and cause a scandal.

It is not very rare for both boys and girls to think they are gay in their teen years. Unfortunately, boys can even experiment with it, but it does not mean they are gay, as they can be led to believe if encouraged by these homosexual groups. Encouraging teens to "come out" and express themselves is abusive and only confuses them more.

Satan's soldiers are at work in this young lady's life. She needs prayers.
